We understand how important a healthy diet is during childhood. This is the stage of life when eating habits begin to form, which is why our school lunch menus follow the recommendations of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition. Our aim is for our children and teenagers to enjoy a varied, balanced diet they genuinely like, so that mealtimes are not just a necessity but a pleasure. The menus served in our dining hall are also supervised by the Regional Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid.
We offer home-style food cooked fresh every day in our own kitchens, menus designed by professional nutritionists, and special menus for pupils with allergies or any other condition certified by their doctor.
We always use the best, natural, fresh, sustainable and local foods and we trust local suppliers.
We have improved the dining room experience, offering a faster service, with less noise, which reduces stress, not to mention the menu, with a very attractive display that improves its acceptance among students.
We hold the Quality Management System certificate issued by AENOR.
The menus served in our dining hall are also supervised by the Regional Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid.
If you have an El Corte Inglés card, you can benefit from large-family (familia numerosa) discounts.
Uniforms for 1 and 2 year old students are purchased through the Minime website.
Cultural activities
We also offer activities for parents, organized by the school families, such as men’s and women’s paddle teams, flamenco dance classes, a runners’ group (The Highlands Runners), and more.
On the initiative of our Highlands+ families, a range of activities is organised so that families can enjoy sport together, such as ski trips for parents and pupils or weekend ski outings during the winter season.
Additionally, Highlands School Los Fresnos has a special agreement with Espacio Mentema and Club Las Encinas de Boadilla del Monte, allowing our Highlands families to enjoy special conditions for participating in sports and cultural activities at these venues.

We run school bus routes for our pupils across various municipalities in the north-west of Madrid. Every route has a qualified supervisor on board who is in constant contact with parents and with the route coordinator.
Through the Regnum Christi camps, we offer a complete range of summer activities for boys and girls of all ages where they will learn, have fun, and grow in a Catholic, safe, and friendly environment.

The Regnum Christi Camps offer healthy activities, safe environments, and a Catholic atmosphere of comprehensive formation. Personal accompaniment from instructors and camp leaders
Your children will have the personal support of trainers and monitors who care for and look out for each individual. The RC Camps are a great way to help your children achieve the best version of themselves even during times of leisure, rest, and vacation.
Ludosports Campus – Highlands Los Fresnos
Ludosport Campus is a multi-sports camp for adventurous children aged 3 to 14, held at the Highlands School Los Fresnos facilities and run by the school’s own teaching staff during the Easter, summer and Christmas holidays. There is also a nursery option for siblings aged 0 to 3 of enrolled participants.
