We are aware of the importance of a healthy diet during childhood. It is at this stage of life when eating habits begin to be established and, therefore, our school canteen menus are made following the recommendations of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition with the aim of ensuring that our children and adolescents enjoy a varied, balanced diet to their liking, making food not only a necessity but a pleasure. The Health Department of the Community of Madrid is also the supervisor of the menus served in our canteen.
We offer homemade food prepared daily in our kitchens, menus prepared by professional nutritionists and specific menus for students who suffer from allergies or any other disorder certified by their doctor.
We always use the best, natural, fresh, sustainable and local foods and we trust local suppliers.
We have improved the dining room experience, offering a faster service, with less noise, which reduces stress, not to mention the menu, with a very attractive display that improves its acceptance among students.
We have the Quality Management System Certificate issued by AENOR.
The Consejería de Salud de la Comunidad de Madrid is also the supervisor of the menus served in our dining room.
If you have the El Corte Inglés card, you can benefit from discounts for large families.
Uniforms for 1 and 2 year old students are purchased through the Minime website.
Cultural Activities
We also offer activities for parents, organized by the school families, such as men’s and women’s paddle teams, flamenco dance classes, a runners’ group (The Highlands Runners), and more.
Through the initiative of our Highlands+ families, various activities are organized to promote sports within the family, such as ski trips for parents and students or weekend ski outings during the winter season.
Additionally, Highlands School Los Fresnos has a special agreement with Espacio Mentema and Club Las Encinas de Boadilla del Monte, allowing our Highlands families to enjoy special conditions for participating in sports and cultural activities at these venues.

We have transportation routes for our students distributed by different municipalities in the northwest area of Madrid. In all the routes we have a qualified monitor who is in permanent contact with the parents and the route coordinator.

Personal Support from Trainers and Monitors
Your children will have the personal support of trainers and monitors who care for and look out for each individual. The RC Camps are a great way to help your children achieve the best version of themselves even during times of leisure, rest, and vacation.
Ludosports Campus – Highlands Los Fresnos
Ludosport Campus is a multi-sport camp for adventurous children aged 3 to 14, held at Highlands School Los Fresnos and led by the school’s teaching staff during Easter, Summer, and Christmas holidays. Additionally, there is a daycare option for children aged 0 to 3 for siblings of registered participants.
